At Samii"s Lucky Scoop, Every order is packed with care, love and a little bit of surprise magic. Because our products are mystery-based "lucky scoop" items, all sales are considered final. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order. 

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our mystery scoop products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each scoop is randomly selected, making every order unique and part of the experience.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item(s), Please contact us within 2 days of delivery at Myluckyscoop@gmail.com

Include :

Your order number, Clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Packing Videos

All orders come with a FREE packing video. These videos are recored as proof of the packing process to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Samii's Lucky Scoop is not responsible for the lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days before shipping. Please note that the higher volume may cause slight delays.

Order Cancellations

Orders CANNOT be canceled once they have been processed and packed.
